Potent Powerful Pasture Raised Egg Muffins
Egg Muffins (Recommend Organic Products and Pasture Raised Eggs)
Eat to Live rather than Live to Eat
- Baking pan for 12 muffins
- 12 muffin baking cups
- 3 pastured raised eggs
- ½ cup of egg white mix
- Extra virgin oil natural spray
- 1 tablespoon Organic half and half cream
- ½ cup Grated Asiago cheese
- ½ chopped tomato
- ½ chopped onion
- ¼ chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1 grated carrot
- Chopped Spinach (approximately 7 leaves)
- 1 tablespoon of Pico De Gallo (optional)
- ½ squeezed Lemon
Heat Oven to 350 degrees
- Combine tomato, onion, carrot, spinach, Pico De Gallo, cheese, and lemon
- Combine eggs, egg whites, half and half and whip together until smooth
- Now combine all ingredients together
- Place baking cups in muffin pan
- Spray cups with small amount of extra virgin oil spray
- Pour small amount of mixture into each baking cup
- Sprinkle Asiago cheese on top of each muffin
- Bake for 25 minutes
