CELEBRATING THE GIFT OF LOVE

As we enter into a new year and a new decade, there’s nothing more special to celebrate at this time than the GIFT of LOVE.  

• Love is calming, courageous, creative, curious, forgiving, generous, kindhearted, magical, patient, powerful, tender, and redemptive. 
• Love makes you laugh. Love makes you cry. Love awakens. Love admits when its wrong. Love believes the best. Love feeds the hungry and houses the homeless. Love gives and forgives. Love heals. Love sedates. Love soothes. 
• Love is Agape (unconditional). Love is Eros (passionate). Love is Phileo (brotherly and sisterly). Love is born of God. God is the source of all love.

Love continues after death, heals the wounded heart, satisfies the starving soul, conceives life, and saves lives for eternity.

“And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep God’s love is.  May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God” (paraphrased Ephesians 3:18-19, NLT).
